Grounding Nut Mixes

Curry Cashews

  • 1 T Lemon Juice

  • 1 T Curry Powder

  • Pinch of ground Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 cup Unsalted, Unroasted Cashews

Herb Mix*

  • 1/2 cup Mixed Herbs

  • 1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Zest from 1 Lemon

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 cup Mixed Unsalted Nuts like Walnuts, Pecans, Brazil

Spiced Cinnamon Honey Mix

  • 1 T Honey

  • 1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Ginger

  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne

  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt

  • 1 cup Mixed Unsalted Nuts like Almonds and Cashews

Toss nuts with herb/spice mix. Cook for 30 minutes in 250º oven on parchment lined sheet pan. Toss half way through. Store in mason jar.

Makes: 1 cup

* You may toss cooked nuts with more fresh herbs and zest for added flavor.


Uplifting Wild Berry Smoothie


  • 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats

  • 1 T Ground Flax Seed 

  • 1 cup Coconut Water 

  • Unsalted Almonds or Cashews – small handful

  • 3/4 cup Wild Blueberries frozen 

  • 1/4 cup Sea Buckthorn Berries frozen

  • 2" Banana

  • 1 tsp Whole Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp Honey

Blend oats and flax FIRST in dry Vitamix to make flour. Add remaining ingredients. Makes one 16 oz smoothie to enjoy as breakfast, snack or sipped throughout the day. Store in a mason jar in fridge up to 3 days.


Balancing Golden Milk


  • 1 cup Organic Almond Milk 

  • 1 tsp Anima Mundi Golden Moon Milk​​

  • 1/2 tsp Honey


  • 1 cup Organic Almond Milk

  • 1/2 tsp ground Turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder or 1/4 inch fresh Ginger Peeled and Grated

  • 1/8 tsp Cardamom

  • Pinch of ground Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Honey

Blend ingredients in a high speed blender and then warm on the stove. Add honey to warm milk. Top with fresh grated turmeric and/or nutmeg.

Makes:  1 cup
