Cleanse simply means to clean. Not to deprive, restrict or suffer. Cleansing is about adding in, not taking away, and discovering new healthy practices in your kitchen and in your heart. It’s about coming back to yourself, like the feeling of coming home after a long vacation. It’s about kindness, not beating yourself up. It’s about practicing, not perfection. It leaves you satiated in many ways, not hangry and hollow. It’s fun and exciting, not dreadful and hard.

 

What’s so deep about my cleanse? You'll include over 40 different plant varieties in a week's worth of delicious recipes and dive deep inside to shift your perspective for sustainable, true health. My 5-Day Deep Cleanse includes two delicious batch cook sessions, two yoga practices and two big talks, plus lots of support from me and camaraderie from like-minded wellness seekers like you! All cooking and yoga levels welcome. 

 

Think of this as healthy living practice. We’re cleansing energy that no longer serves us and focusing more on what does. I’ll show you how to tap into your instincts and how to apply this to everyday life through delicious food, gentle movement, subtle shifts in thinking and an unbreakable connection to self. We'll be satiating what the body and spirit truly crave to find whole-life wellness. My process is relatable, practical, sustainable and... enjoyable!

 

What's batch cooking? We cook a lot of food at once to fill our fridges with delicious, healthful foods to mix and match to make our meals. Batch cooking is not only very fun, but it saves time and promotes healthy choices.

All sessions are on Zoom and recorded if you can't attend.

 

Intended to help reboot your body and your thinking, this journey will focus on plants, but will include some lean, non-plant proteins if desired. Dairy, gluten and refined sugar will be eliminated. Vegetarians welcome. One cup of coffee is a-ok.

 

$125 per household, includes kids living out of the house.

Recorded classes are available for 24 hours to encourage progression. All online sessions are optional but strongly recommended!!
