The 5-Day Deep Cleanse
Getting the Heart of True Health
December 6 - 11
Gift yourself good health this holiday season!
"Pam’s week long program was FABULOUS!! The food is delicious, the yoga divine and her spirit in infectious. Loved every minute!!" - K.K.
Now more than ever, taking great care of our health is a priority. If you want to make lasting changes to your relationship with food, stop stress eating, boost your immune system and feel better in all aspects of your life, join me for my 5-Day Deep Cleanse.
What’s a "deep" cleanse? Think of it as a time to come back to self. We’re cleansing energy that no longer serves us and focusing more on what does. Plus we’ll be adding more plants into our daily meal plans, cooking easy and delicious recipes, doing a little yoga (optional), and tapping into what the body and spirit truly crave to find whole-life wellness. My process is relatable, practical, sustainable and... enjoyable!
Includes a simple plan, shopping lists, recipes, cooking lessons, yoga and zoom meet ups (recorded if you can't attend). And, yes, you’re doing your own cooking!
Intended to help reboot your body and your thinking, this journey will focus on plants, but will include some lean, non-plant proteins if desired. Dairy and gluten will be eliminated. Vegetarians welcome. One cup of coffee is a-ok.
$125 (couples welcome for same price).
