Join me for this soulful approach to find sustainable and enjoyable wellness. This SLOW Reset is designed to change your relationship with your health by embracing a sense of surrender and honoring what your body needs. 


Think of this as healthy living practice set to slow motion. You'll be gently cleansing energy that no longer serves you and focusing more on what does. I’ll show you how to tap into your instincts and intuition, and how to apply them to everyday life through delicious food, gentle movement, subtle shifts in thinking and an unbreakable connection to self. Stressful, rigid plans not included. You'll be satiating what the body and spirit truly crave to find whole-life wellness and a palpable sense of peace. We'll cleanse your fridge and your calendar. We'll cook and do yoga. And we'll have fun doing it! It will feel like a big exhale.


Intended to help reset your thinking, your body and your schedule, this journey will focus on plants, but will include some lean, non-plant proteins if desired. Dairy, gluten and refined sugar will be eliminated. Vegan options available. One cup of coffee is a-ok.


This SLOW Reset is intended for one person, meaning we will learn how to make ourselves a priority. That said, you can increase the recipes to include other people in your home, but making you the priority is the goal. The food we will make is delicious and everyone in your house will enjoy!

  • Thursday, 3/10 – Receive Guide & Shopping List
  • Saturday, 3/12 – Great day to shop for ingredients
  • Sunday, 3/13, 3-5pm CST  – Welcome + Cook - Clearing Energy Within You
  • Monday, 3/14, 8:30-9am CST – Clearing Energy Around You
  • Tuesday, 3/15, 8:30-10am CST – Discussion + Slow Motion Yoga
  • Wednesday, 3/16, 8-8:30am CST – Next Steps


All online sessions are optional but strongly recommended!!


I respectfully ask that documents or videos you receive are not shared outside your household. If you know someone who would like to join, but does not have the means, please have them email me and I will gladly accommodate them.


In honor of President Zelenskyy and the people of Ukraine, I will be donating 18% of all proceeds from this workshop to CARE, which provides food, water, hygiene kits and support to Ukrainian families.


Portions of proceeds support Glencoe Community Garden, Urban Growers Collective, Sweet Freedom Farm, Indigenous Climate Action, The Ocean Cleanup North Pacific Foundation and One Tree Planted. So, when you get healthy, you're helping someone else and the planet get healthy too!
