Join me for this soulful approach to find sustainable and enjoyable wellness. This 3-Day Reset is designed to change your relationship with your health by embracing a sense of surrender and honoring what your body and spirit truly crave. During our time together, I'll share my Recipe for Wellness to promote equanimity in all aspects of your life.
Think of this as healthy living practice, a mini retreat in real time. You'll be gently cleansing energy that no longer serves you and focusing more on what does. I’ll show you how to tap into your instincts and intuition, and how to apply them to everyday life through delicious food, gentle movement, subtle shifts in thinking and an unbreakable connection to self. Stressful, rigid plans not included. We'll cleanse your fridge and your calendar. We'll cook and do yoga. And we'll have fun doing it! It will feel like a big exhale.
Intended to help reset your thinking, your body and your schedule, this journey will focus on plants, but will include lean, non-plant proteins. Dairy, gluten, refined sugar and alcohol will be eliminated. Vegan options available. One cup of coffee is a-ok.
This 3-Day Reset is intended for one for you, meaning we will learn how to make ourselves a priority. That said, this menu will make enough food for two people for 3 days and 4 dinners, but you can increase the recipes to include other people in your home. If you're cooking for just yourself, much of the food can be frozen if you don't get to it.
