I'm beyond grateful that I was able to travel with my family to Thailand and Vietnam in January 2020. We took an unforgettable cooking class in Chiang Mai and I'm bringing back some of these authentic recipes for you! Join me for this fun and incredibly delicious healthy Thai batch cook. Family approved! Some ingredients need to be ordered prior. 


All recipes are gluten free and dairy free. Fish sauce and Oyster Sauce will NOT be used.

  • Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves - must be FRESH. Place in a ziploc bag and place in freezer as soon as they arrive. If you have trouble finding these, I can provide if you're local or ship if you sign up by Wednesday, 12/1!
  • Maesri Thai Red Curry Paste
