INTRODUCING OUR NEW HEALING BUDDHA BOWLS
As a Certified Food & Spirit Practitioner, I designed our new mini healing Buddha Bowls to help balance energy in the body, known as chakras. Wait... what? Yes, food is energy. We are energy. The two affect each other. In a new 16oz bowl, each one packs a healthy punch by using specific delicious ingredients and colors to help heal. Easy to toss in a backpack or briefcase, these bowls are perfect for light lunches or snacks. Learn more below. Ingredients can vary based on availability.
Please note: There are seven energy centers in the body, but we only feature six bowls. There is no bowl for the Spirit Chakra, or crown, because food for the soul doesn't come from what we eat but from what we experience.
THE ROOT BOWL

This bowl uses the teal blue of the sea as inspiration for this deconstructed "sushi" bowl. The watery cucumber and flavors of the sea help to bring moisture to the throat chakra to more easily speak your truth. Energy Center: Throat
