Your BBK menu includes an ideal mix of nutritious foods that when combined with a healthy lifestyle can create blissful harmony in your body. Rather than focus on nutrition labels, we count good-for-you ingredients. Ingredients can vary.

REHEATING & RECYCLING

Per FDA, proteins should reach an internal temp of 165º when reheated. We recommend reheating your foods stovetop or in a 350º oven. The sugarcane containers (white base) are not oven safe, but can go in the freezer short-term and microwave. However, we recommend transferring foods to your own kitchenware to reheat. Cover foods with a paper towel if microwaving to retain moisture.

 

Your sauces and vinaigrettes are made with only olive oil and will most likely solidify when refrigerated due to lack of processed oils used. That's a good thing! Let sauces come to room temperature or liquefy by heating a small amount stovetop on low or in the microwave for 10 seconds.

 

Our containers are made from rapidly renewable sugarcane and other plant-based materials. This makes them a bit less sturdy after a couple days. You may need to transfer your foods to your own glass containers. Our containers are fully compostable at a commercial composter. If this is not possible, please dispose containers in traditional bins to break down naturally.
