NUTS, SEEDS & LEGUMES
BBK recipes can include nuts, nut milks, nut flours, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and chickpeas.
PLEASE NOTE: Our smoothies are made in a Vitamix that also blends nuts.
BBK recipes do NOT include cow's milk,
the milk that's guilty of causing an inflammatory response for many.
We do include some goat or sheep's milk cheeses
that have fewer allergens and are easier to digest -
which alone causes less inflammation.
If you have a dairy allergy,
please consult with your doctor first on the safety
of goat's/sheep's milk for you specifically.
The kitchen does use coconuts. BBK recipes can include coconut, coconut milk and coconut flour.
